Hi, I'm Jack Haslam.

I am passionate about fitness, health and well-being and strongly believe that implementing a great workout routine in your life, can not only enable you to improve your physical health, but also your mental health.
I am a former British Champion Springboard Diver who represented Team GB internationally at events including the Commonwealth Games. This elite level sports background has given me a wealth of experience in different types of training methods.
Along with this, I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, so I hope to be able to provide YOU with workouts that you can enjoy and that help you achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be!
